Stock RulesSo in doing this I need to post stock rules. I am trying to cover all the bases here and I tend to be a bit long winded sorry.
As many have seen I pretty relaxed about this for the most part. You can find the rules for stock in the folder they are in right on the sidebar and I will be doing a mass update soon editing rules and such on the pieces themselves.
So just in case you have missed the rules somehow here they are....
On ALL Unrestricted Stock..... for clarifications they are tagged in the title as URS
1- Please credit and send me notice to my inbox PLEASE do not comment me or the piece!! Send me a note that way I see it. I really do like seeing what you can do with it all.
2- Be creative and have fun!!!! Dont slap a filter, make it black and white or some other color or make minor changes and call it your own.
3- Do not use my stock to make brushes, or textures then redistribute them as your own and/or try and make a buck off of it.
Prints I dont care about that. YOU put the work into it. It is YOURS. This stock was simply a resource to it. However Brushes and textures yeah I do care. I put this out here for everyone free of charge why should you make a buck off exploiting that you know how to do something when others do not when after all you got the resource for free.
4- The headstones...Most are very old so I cant notify family but still.... This is a respect thing folks and is non negotiable. Before using the headstones or Crypyts you have to remove the name from them. These headstones are the epitaph of the folks buried there. I will do a tut on this to show you three or four ways to do this.
5- NO RACISM! NO RELIGIOUS PERSECUTION! NO HATE PIECES!
6- I reserve the right to ask you to remove the art if you violate these rules. I hate doing that but if you act a fool I will.
7- I reserve the right to amend these rules as necessary without notice to you. I will make all efforts to notify of stock rule changes.
8- Do not redistribute...... However Stock Community and Dreamers of Avalon have my express written consent to post whatever they would like.
9- NO use off DA without MY written consent. I will more then likely give it for off site use but write me and ask this is to protect you! I have a copyright on all of these shots and I am not afraid or incapable of enforcement and I will do so if I happen upon them.

Each one of these shoots has a special set of rules in addition to the rules I have set. I promise they are not hard nor do they require your first born or an appendage. To find these specific rules look in the description of each piece.

Squirrel Stock:
This is my Daughter from another mother. She is barely 15, like last December. She is still a baby. I know she does not look it. Believe you me I know. I am fierce about her stock because she is a child.
Here are the rules there...
1- DA USE ONLY Now this I may consider allowing other places but only with MY written consent. NOT FOR ANY COMMERCIAL USE!!!
2- You MUST contact me via note NOT on my front page or a comment on the piece itself. You must include a link so I can see the work. Should you violate this rule I will ask you to take it down
3- You must credit me and I will note her where she is out here as well, and she may contact you herself if she really likes it.
4- NOTHING Racist, sexual, vulgar or violent. Her father, nor I or her have an issue with Gothic but we dont want to see some crap like her killed or maimed or anything like that. She is just 15.
5- We reserve the right to ask for a copy of it. She is 15 and the works will go into an album for her and will not be printed, redistributed or anything like that. We do ask you have your name clearly on the piece so she has it.
6- No PRINTS UNLESS YOU HAVE MY WRITTEN CONSENT
7- You must actually use her shots no changing the color or any of that BS and claiming it.
8- We reserve the right to ask you to remove it if it violates our Terms and or we are offended by it. Offending me is pretty hard so if your unsure just ask me.

I know these are really painful huh?
The other Model stock I dont have up yet but I will post those rules as I get the stock up.
Its only when dealing with the kids or my Old man who is a teacher that the rules are a tad rough. I apologize for that but these are MY kids and my close friends kids and its my job to protect them and I will at all cost. If the rules on stock models are violated we all lose the resource of these models ... so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont violate these.
As you can see all the rules are pretty close to the same there are a few that have some changes but for the most part they are the same.
